We accept MasterCard, Visa & Discover, as well as personal
checks, bank checks and money orders. Personal checks require at least 10
working days to clear the bank. Orders by bank check or money orders will be
shipped immediately. Mail orders to our P.O. Box 3475, Scranton, PA 18505 or
shop our on-line store.
SHIPPING: No charge on Regular Priced items totalling $295 or more via
UPS only in Cont. USA. Additional shipping is applied to Accessories / Sales / Sets / Specials / Oversize Items / Track & Transformers / Expansion Packs.
Delivery by U.S. Postal Service is provided to areas where UPS is not
accessible. Freight charges will be billed accordingly and quoted during phone
orders or by e-mail. Items that require multiple shipments because of size will
be charged actual shipping. Email address will provide you with receiving a
tracking number from UPS. We do not make a practice of obtaining Tracking
numbers.
Packages or items damaged in transit must be reported immediately to
UPS at your local toll free UPS number. The recipient to the carrier must
initiate damage claims. Claims will be inspected by a UPS representative and
returned to us. Original carton and packaging are necessary for inspection. All
return items for whatever reason must have return authorization from
Grzyboski's. Ship items to 430 Lackawanna Avenue, Scranton, PA 18503.

15% Restocking Fee will be charged to all items
returned due to error in ordering, duplication or dissatisfaction in customer
choice. Exchanging an item for one of equal or greater value will waive the
restocking fee. All returned items must be UNUSED and
accompanied with a letter of explanation. No Returns after 10-days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable in all situations.
