We accept the following forms of payment: MASTERCARD, VISA, DISCOVER, MONEY ORDERS, CASHIER’S CHECKS, & PERSONAL CHECKS.
Payments received via credit card, cashier’s check, or money order will ship immediately. Personal checks are held for
10-business days in order to clear the bank; once the payment clears the bank your order will be shipped.

Shipping
UPS minimum charge for S&H is 9.95. Actual UPS Shipping Charges will apply on Accessories, Expansion Packs, Oversize Items, Sale Items, Trains Sets, Specials, Track, Transformers & Larger Orders.
Orders requiring multiple boxes for shipping will be charged based on each package shipped.
All orders placed at "Grzyboski's On-Line Store" will receive a reply e-mail. Orders requiring additional shipping or
item(s) not available will be noted and held for 24 hours before processing.
UPS Tracking information is available on our website once your package(s) is shipped.
International Shipping
Orders shipped outside the contiguous United States or to a Post Office Box address, actual cost will be charged. Cost cannot
be estimated ahead of time due to the fact each order varies in weight and size and the charges vary from country to country.
Cost is determined once the order is placed; item(s) are pulled and then weighed.

Refunds and Exchanges
If you need to return or exchange your merchandise you must do so within 10 days of receipt. The merchandise must be accompanied by a note of explanation, copy of the original invoice and credit card information.
Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless exchanged for merchandise of equal or greater value.

Damaged Merchandise
All items shipped are fully insured. If an item is received damaged, notify us immediately so we may contact the carrier. Retain the shipping carton and damaged item for inspection and return; the carrier will pick up the damage merchandise from you.
Inventory
Items listed on the site are ‘IN STOCK’ and available to ship. The site is maintained daily but at times; an item shown might not be available. Newly released items will not appear on the site until they are physically ‘IN STOCK’. The only exception to this is the item(s) listed may appear as a ‘PRE-ORDER’. Our inventory is constantly changing so what’s available is not always listed on the site. You are welcome to contact us via e-mail or call with any questions.
