The Lionel 51004 (also cataloged as 6-51004) is a 1991 O gauge "Baby Blue Comet" train set. It is an authentic, all-metal tinplate reproduction of the iconic 1930s Prewar Lionel Blue Comet.
The set features the distinguished 263E 2-4-2 steam locomotive in two-tone blue paint, equipped with an E-Unit reverse, a firebox glow, and an operating headlight. The four accompanying heavy-weight passenger cars are made of stamped metal and feature illuminated interiors, name plates, and removable roofs. 
The cars included in this classic set are:
  • 1612 Pullman
  • 1613 Pullman
  • 1614 Lionel Lines Baggage Car (with opening doors)
  • 1615 Observation Car
